• Impersonate others
• Spam or abuse the service
• Host or link to illegal content
• Attempt to bypass security or rate limits
• Interfere with Kliqs infrastructure
• Infringe intellectual property rights

• You are responsible for URLs, content, and pages you create.
• Kliqs may remove, disable, or restrict content that violates these terms.
• Kliqs may suspend links or accounts for abuse or security reasons.

• API keys must be kept secret.
• API use is subject to plan limits.
• Abuse, scraping, excessive requests, or bypass attempts may result in suspension.
• Kliqs may revoke API access for violations.

• Kliqs offers Free and paid plans.
• Paid plans provide higher limits and features.
• Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
• Plan access activates after verified payment.
• Paid plans remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Prices and features may change with notice.
• Promo codes may have usage limits and restrictions.

Refund requests may be reviewed case by case. Certain payments, promotional purchases, crypto payments, or used billing periods may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

• Kliqs aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.
• Maintenance and outages may happen.

Kliqs may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Create security risks
• Fail payment verification

You may stop using Kliqs at any time.

• The Kliqs brand, logo, design, and software belong to Kliqs or its owners.
• You retain ownership of your own content.
• You grant Kliqs permission to host and process your content so the service can operate.

• Kliqs is provided "as is" and "as available".
• Kliqs does not guarantee that links will always be reachable or error-free.
• You are responsible for compliance and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kliqs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Kliqs may update these Terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
